We’ll start at the road. This is the picture I showed. This post is very picture-worthy. All of the pictures can be seen bigger or smaller via flickr.
Now, once we enter, feel free to “ooh” and “ahh”, your mouth drooling for a personal tour, or even to just be able to walk down this jungle-like path. If you’re anything like the friends I’ve shared these pictures with, you’ll wish you were here and could take a few for yourself…
It’s just a driveway. Nothing special. >.>
Now we’ll start at the beginning, where I started taking these pictures.
To the road view…
This is the view from the road, but in reverse.
And now we’re getting to the end…
Remember that green mess on the left side of the first few pictures?
And so you have it! I’m sorry it took so long to get this up! I had renamed the files, so I had to figure out exactly where each picture was taken. I’ll post a picture of the house later. It’s white, and the rock driveway stretches pretty far.
I’ll snap some shots of the front yard later, then you’ll technically know where I live. However, you can’t find it.
I live in the middle of nowhere!

[…] ran today. Even if it was to the mailbox (at the end of the driveway), I ran. I’m out of shape. 🙁 I need to start walking daily. […]
why thank you! i am very excited for the fall to say the least. lovely pictures. everything where i live is still a gross brown. the snow has officially been completely melted so im happy! now i just have to wait for the green to start showing haha!
You live in a beautiful place! I also live in the middle of no where. It’s nice having nothing but forest to surround you, but it also gets a bit creepy at times. My closest neighbor is about 1/4 miles away.
I really like the first photo because you can see the curve in the driveway. It’s pretty! The third photo is gorgeous. I’d looooove to have that much space around me!
Have a nice day! 🙂
It is easy to plan things out 😛 But following the plans is hard if everyone isn
t negotiable and doesnt change their minds in the last second :X~! But the good thing is that I don`t get lost 😛
Thank you (:! I
m thinking about trying to get more of those turquoise bracelets :P But in different styles :O! The only horrible thing is that theyre 5~12 bucks each .___.!
I agree with you! I never really know what type of places there are around the world :O! It just makes me wonder, “Is there a ____ over there?” Everything is unpredictable– unless you go on google maps -___-!
Have a great easter sunday~
My best friend is the same, we don’t go to the same school and we meet up quite randomly but we always get along.
I agree, sometimes people need distance.
Take care! xx
@Georgia Kate, Yep. Distance is really nice. ^^
Haha pouting is something I do unconsciously, without really noticing or really knowing. I definitely do the ‘puppy dog eyes’ thing when I don’t get what I want or I’m ‘begging’ a friend for something.
I definitely agree. 🙂 I also think you can’t have happiness without sadness; you wouldn’t know happiness without it. Sometimes it’s just the little things that make life great.
My brother (only sibling) is definitely the favourite… I guess because he’s younger, he is more spoiled. :/ My mum tends to think everything he does is alright because he’s younger and I should be the one setting the example for him. X_X
these pictures are so pretty! is it where you live/ (I suppose I should go explore your website now and find the answer myself :> )
I want to go to a forest now because of these pictures and find pretty places ^^
Haha. 😛 I live in a rural area. :3
Oh my, that’s your driveway? That’s awesome. I would feel odd living in a woodsy area like that since my driveways have always been short slabs of concrete or asphalt. No trees. No plants. Just nicely manicured lawn…or rocks and dog poop. Nothing particularly special.
@Gabi, Ahahh. I like the use of your words – “manicured lawn” – it’s so … descriptive and a unique way to express its cut!
That’s a great place to go cycling or running. 🙂 I live in a city so I unfortunately do not relate to any of you. 😀
Despite you living in the middle of nowhere, it is gorgeous. <3 I would love to live somewhere like that, a peaceful kind of place with not much civilisation, as weird as that sounds. Of course I'd like to get away every once in a while, but something about nature amazes me. I'd gladly trade with you for a day. 😛
I understand. 🙂 Running isn't for everyone. I had a few friends with asthma and they had to make sure they had their puffer when they ran. One of them was a good runner though. 🙂
My parents had a maid when they grew up, because they lived in Indonesia where most households had one. My mum keeps telling me now that we don't have one so I should clean up after myself and help clean the house. -_- I do help, I do the dishes and the washing and sweeping, she thinks it's not enough. Sigh. I don't mind doing them but her stuff is always everywhere so I have no idea how to make things clean if I don't know what to do with some of her stuff.
Yeah, you're a little older than me! =)
I’ve never heard of https://alicethetic.com/ :S – but thanks, I’ll make sure to check it out 🙂
You have been very helpful to me 🙂
This sounds weird but you have a very beautiful driveway (that sounds strange, doesn’t it?) Well It’s very pretty with all the trees
Half way through the blog I was going to ask you if you lived in the middle of no where or lived on a farm or something, I’m glad I kept reading because it answered my question hehe
Everything looks so beautiful 🙂
take care x
I remembered this game! My guess was way off :P! I still wonder how long the driveway is :O! So the end is just a dead end? :X. Its not all bad to live in the “middle of nowhere” :P. If you don`t like overcrowding and so. :O. But wow! my answers are way off XD!
I look forward to. Another Thinking thursday if possible. (:
Take care ;D Have a nice weekend (:
I used to live in some woodland as well and since I live in England, 10 minutes from here is beautiful countryside so I’m not blown away by the “middle of nowhere” surrounding your house. It looks beautiful though. Really tranquil and open. I’d go crazy if I had that much land to myself. When I was younger I used to romp around the hills around my house like a madwoman. It was the time of my life truly.
Oh yeah! I forgot about their love of CAPS lock and “preppy sites” is a good name for them. I used to strive to code like them too, I thought it was really trendy. Thank God for maturing, right? If anyone comes after me calling me a hater, I’d turn around and say “It’s true. I’m hating on something deserving of my scathing hatred.” haha
I live in the middle of a village which is in the middle of nowhere. Your driveway is lovely though; so leafy and pretty, especially in the sun. I go cycling a lot since I’m on holiday and it’s lovely to cycle along roads like that. 🙂
I did select a size but it still said the owner didn’t want them downloaded :/ Oh well I’m not at all used to Flickr. xD
Aw 🙁 Do you still keep in touch even though they’re so far away?
I don’t mind having haircuts. It was quite fun ’cause my hairdresser and I were talking about the dress Kate Middleton is going to wear at the Royal Wedding. :L
Take care! xx
Wow you’re photography is amazing! The second picture is my favourite one 🙂
You live in such a beautiful area! I am extremely jealous!
