I have been reading your twitters and trying to keep up on your blog.
I’m not sure what your going thru but it seems like you are having a really hard time. I just wanted to share a little of my story with you. In hopes it will give you hope.
I have battled depression for years. Since I hit about 13 and everything in my life got turned upside down. Long story short, I started cutting and had a lot of issues that I didn’t really solve for many years after that.
Reading that comment I just wrote, I have been battling this battle for over 13 years and sometimes I honestly don’t know how I came out alive most days. I have been on meds for it, I have tried it all. I read some where a quote that turned out to be the truest I ever read.
“The worst days of my life, turned out to be the best things that ever happen to me.”
I just wanted you to know, it will get better, maybe not today, or tomorrow, and maybe not even the day after that but it does get better.
Just remember that you are bigger then depression and you can do this!! You are a strong young women and are beautiful. Try to keep your head high and your thoughts even higher. Right now, everything may be shit, but life does get better. Promise! Speaking from someone that has lived it and is still getting better everyday.
